I’m excited about this season at MDT where we are taking a candid look at the kind of leadership we see around… and exploring together how you can excel as a leader in this generation.
For starters though - who are some of the leaders you have seen do a great job in our generation?

Pastor K, the way you combined with the First Lady in today series was extremely beautiful. The alternation was breathtaking and the conclusion was good.
I cant wait for the next part on relationships between people of different ethnic groups.
The message was the ultimate conclusion to an incredible solution. The introduction was gripping, the essence of the message appropriate and the conclusion practical.
Asante sana Vasita Kay.

O LORD my God, help me to deal with all the hindrances to my reaching all my full potential. Help us as MDTerians to fulfil our mission and finish our race. May say to each one of us those most coveted of all words:
“Well done good and faithful servant.
Enter into the joy of the Lord!”
The sermon on patience hit me particularly hard as am one person who wants things instantly.
Well am in that ROOM. And am encouraged by the calibre of those who have been there.
I picture my inspiration Joseph sitting in that room for 13 years waiting for the dream of greatness to come to pass.
I see Israel’s greatest King with harp in his hand as he composes a worship song as he waits for(13 years)for the promise of Kingship to come to reality.
I cant fail to notice a man with drawing plans in his hand. God has told him to build a big ark and prepare for rain. He has never seen rain.It has been 120 years since he was told to do so and he is busy building it.
If those heroes of mine WAITED then I will also wait for His timing. It is perfectly timed.
Well, how do I sum the effect of today’s sermon on me?The illustration of David and Goliath really moved me. I began asking myself: “What has God put at my disposal that I am taking for granted?” It could be the secret to my greatness.
I hope to strengthen my soul and utilize well the resources that I have at the moment.
Pastor K, am requesting you to post an outline of your sermon series here after you have preached them. This will enable others who were not fortunate to experience the fascinating Reality time first hand get it at least second hand if not third.
Reading Sunny Bindra’s article ‘bully managers may be killing your organisation’ in today’s business daily compliments yesterday’s message @reality about leading from within.
Todays message on PLAYMAKER thrilled me to no end. I loved the example of Arsenal’s playmaker Cesc Fabregas. He is known for his ability to read the game, his vision , selflessness and creativity. His cutting passes make him able to outwit any defence. He was the player with the highest number of assists in 08/09 season in the premier league. He is the fulcrum and engine of the team. He was made Captain at tender age of 21.
When he is not playing well, the team does not play well.
Pastor K your messages have been on point. I loved your last message on TAKING THE MANTLE. It was timely for me even as I realizing on how to realize the vision God has given me. It is needful for me to be of good courage even as I take some healthy risks. Your elaboration on how integrity makes leadership successful moved me. I yearn to be a leader who makes integrity and purity very popular in my life.
May God richly bless you for all you are doing. And may He bring forth leaders of international calibre from MDT. Take take Kenya to her rightful place in the world.
MDT is the BOMB! And Pastor K is the DETONATOR! And Reality is where it happens.
Love him or hate him, I think former president Moi did a great job, before I’m swallowed up, I say this in the context of what he did for Education in Kenya, both personally(the schools he founded) and as the head of state.
To me Mandela stands out as leader who has excelled in our generation…His vision on South Africa as a Rainbow Nation really inspires me. It makes me see our own nation as a Mosaic one.(pun intended)
Closer home, the ideals of the MD of Equity Bank move me.He has made the bank to become world award winning one.
